Happy’s Hawaii won 1ST PLACE in the Savory Category at Cacao Festival 2010! We made Crab Cake Citrus Salad with Waialua Dark Chocolate Dressing. YIPPE YAY! We also served it as a menu item this past Sunday and there were a lucky few who were able to try it! We can’t wait to enjoy our free night at the Turtle Bay Resort!
