FARM TO CHOPSTIX CRAFT BEER PAIRINGS TOUR SERIES
First Stop: Waihuena Farm in North Shore, Oahu
Lan Thai, of Happy’s Hawai’i Green Catering and Drunken Master Chef, is delighted to introduce her new ‘Farm-to-Chopstix’ dinner series. Each five-course tasting dinner in the series will feature different local farms and their seasonal harvests with an optional craft beer pairing. Lan practices the art of mindful cooking and only uses organic meats, local produce, and strictly no artificial preservatives. The goal of this series is to highlight the different farms of Hawai’i and share the craft of real food and craft beer while building a strong community. The tour kung-fu kicks off at Waihuena Farm located directly across Off-The-Wall surf break by the famous Pipeline. Lan will be sharing her Southeast Asian cultural background with a mix of fusion creations and authentic Asian street food eats. Pescatarian option is available. The food menu is completely gluten-free. Seating is very limited and must be reserved in advance.
