Happy’s Hawaii will be at the Aloha Festivals Waikiki block party this Saturday, Sept. 18, from 7pm-10pm. We will serving our famous Avocado & Sundried Tomato Fried Eggrolls, delicious Endless Summer Rolls, and our Fusion Tacos!!! Kalakaua Avenue will be blocked from Lewers & Kapahulu Avenues.

Celebrating its 58th year and the 2010 theme of Island Music, the largest block party will kick off with the arrival of the Royal Court. Multiple stages of entertainment, lots of food and lei vendors and hula crafters will be spread along 12 city blocks of the world famous Kalakaua Avenue. Free admission.

Happy’s Hawaii famous Avocado & Sundried Tomato Eggrolls with Magic Green Sauce and the “Killer Shark” made it into Japan’s publication of the French fashion magazine, “Madame Figaro”. Here is what the caption reads “Popular catering Happy’s Hawaii. Spring roll with magic green sauce with avocado. It tastes good and local, organic vegetables used. Then Jack Johnson came by to eat.”

Besides the countless number of professional surfers, other celebrity sightings have been Helen Hunt, Judy Greer, AnnaSophia Robb, and Terry O’Quinn who is better known as the actor who played John Locke from the TV Series Lost.

Every Friday is Aloha Friday at the Haleiwa Town Center… come out and play! Happy’s will be playing and serving up delicious food from 11am-8pm. There’ll be music by Ben Mejia from 12-3pm and the Grey Whistle Test in front of Thomadro Gallery from 6-8pm. Sammy will be selling some of his famous sugar cane juice and fresh coconut water! And of course, we’ll be serving up our new popular lemongrass chicken or curry local veggie stir-fry flatbread! Flatbread is fresh and homeade!!!

Haleiwa Town Center is just off the main road at 66-145 Kamehameha Hwy right across from Ace Hardware…. can’t miss us!
